My table was delivered on 28th May 2022 and unfortunately around October I logged a call as the table's one leg is broken. Ref R0-Z-202210**-**88 was given to me, no one bothered to come assess the damage but today I get a rejection that they will not fix this.
This table was R7k and in less than 6 months this was damaged and I find it rather disturbing/ appalling to say the least that this is the after sales service I am getting.
I want my refund/ replacement or else I will take this matter further as this is not in line with Treating Customers Fairly. I don't have toddlers who would have danced on the table but just an unfortunate quality issue from Rochester.
Your prompt feedback will be greatly appreciated.

I'm writing this email for the 2nd time, complaining about the same issue,
I bought Angelo Daybed + Ottoman 2months ago, couch was delivered without ottoman they said they didn't have in stock. I waited 2months full without receiving the ottoman. I've complained but I wasn't called as promised.I'm so pissed right now!!!

User's recommendation: I wouldn't recommend Rochester's service to anyone else, their communication is terrible & stock availability is terribleyou can wait for more than a week(s) without receiving the item you've paid for. First incident it took almost 3 weeks for my delivery to be made.2nd incident they delivered a short package, its also st 2 months waiting for my ottoman, the keep saying they haven't received stock

Unhappy with quality of leather
Good day, I purchased a leather lounge set from one of your stores and one of the couches have changed its color drastically. This seems odd as this only happened to one of the seats and arm wrist.

Even the complaints are not addressed properly.
User's recommendation: I wouldn't recommend Rochester's service to anyone, their communication is terrible. Sometimes the order takes LONG to be delivered to the customer & I'm still waiting for my ottoman, it's almost 2months they keep on saying they haven't received stock

Store manager at Rochester Boksburg has the worst stinking attitude.
She doesnt value customers and their concerns.

Money Refund
About two months ago we bought furniture from Rochester Nelspruit paid the entire amount. They had to order the furniture because they didn't have in store.
Two weeks past, we haven't heard from them. If you phone, they say they will phone back, they never did. After a month, we went in store to find out what's going on. They said the furniture is discontinued.
We asked for a refund. Some story it's another month later no refund. If we phone, they will phone back, they never do. We went in store again, they said they are offline, not able to help us.
When phoning customer service, they asked for a refund request number, that was never given to us. When we asked in store for proof of submission,, they couldn't log into the system.
Terrible customer service from the delivery guy and the warehouse
Delivery guy did not assemble anything tried calling him but was very rude and shouting. Called the warehouse and the lady was very rude as well
Where is my delivery?
Rochester at mall@***l promised delivery today. My birthday is Sunday and having people over for lunch.
I cannot let my quests sit on the floor. When will it be DELIVERED!!

Good day ,my name is Fred Angasisye, My driver did a job for you in March after being contacted by Thabang at the stoneridge branch.
We have worked with Rochester previously and have always had a good understanding, We are not contracted permanently by you guys ,we only help when your drivers are all too busy and you have an urgent delivery.We expect to be paid cash by you or the customer on deliver and this was STATED to us by Thabang but when the delivery was completed he only then informed us that we have to supply a vendor number .Please could we rectify this misunderstanding.I was told to send you my invoice which I did to Zayn ,unfortunately he keeps telling me the payout day was missed and this is the 2nd month in a row,truly disappointing seeing as you are such a respectable company. Please can we rectify this immediately as it's not even a large ammount of money

Delivery Cost
I made a purchase and want to complain about the exorbitant cost of delivery. The delivery cost of R499.00 to deliver an item >1km is day light robbery and will impact your sales and performance. Your delivery cost must be reviewed - far higher than others.
