i bought corner couches cash on the 08 March 2017 and i was told that it will be delivered within 6 to 8 weeks , on the 24 April 2017 i went to check for progress and i was told by sales person that 8 weeks has not pass so i should not panic on the 09 May 2017 i called to check at around 09am and i was told to call them around 10am as the system was down i called around 15h15 and the respond i got is that the is a problem with my order and that the colour i required was not available and after i asked why i was not informed to be told that they dont have numbers for customer as they have changes the suppliers . im so pissed as i cant wait for 2 months and no one communicated with me .
i just want my money back. as they cahnged the story to say the order was not capture on the new systme and they gave me wrong numbers for complaints
