I bought a bed on the 25th August 2017 from the Rochester Strubensvalley store. I noticed a month later that the base makes a cracking noise and reported it on the 30th November 2017 and that's when my frustration begun.
I went to the store at least four times to find out about my complaint but everytime I get told "someone from customer service will call you.
Eventually I logged a complaint on their website and wow, I get a call from the store manager who was there everytime I went to the store but did nothing. The sales person Amierodien Hattas sent me an sms with my ticket number but it does not reflect the date I logged my complaint on the 30th November, it rather reflects the 22nd January 2018 The service is pathetic to say the least
